Aroma

Powerful aromas of black fruits mix elegantly with pepper spice and hints of liquorice and cedar.

Flavour

Full bodied and very well balanced with silky smooth tannins. The finish is long and complex with flavours of forest fruits, vanilla and toast from the oak.

Food Matching

Quite versatile the wine pairs well roast fish and meats and mature and smoked cheeses. Its aslo a good match for Asian cuisine that is mildly spiced.

Best served between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius
